Breathing is one of our most vital life functions and when it’s not working properly affects all the other systems of the body, our ability to focus and our emotional well-being.

One-to-One Sessions include:

  •  Clarifying your health and fitness goals.
  • A breathing assessment using the Breath Index (BRI) score and the 7 metrics that make up the BRI score (respiratory rate, depth, tension, flow, variability, apnea and breath phase ratios.)
  • An assessment of your posture, alignment and the muscles involved in respiration.
  • A specialized hands-on treatment, exercises and guided imagery tailored to your specific needs.
  • A customized program to help you meet your health and fitness goals.
