MyBreath used in CIIS Wellness Study

MYBREATH MOBILE APP INCLUDED IN SAN FRANCISCO WELLNESS COACHING PROGRAM WALNUT CREEK, CA– Breath Research, Inc. (BRI) is collaborating with the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) to bring free wellness coaching to underserved populations. The CIIS Integrative Wellness Coaching and Leadership Pilot Project, made possible with support from the Aetna Foundation, aims to reduce obesity and chronic illness and promote healthy behaviors among the 450 low-income residents of the 10th and Mission Family Housing community in San Francisco.
