Introducing Our Acoustic Analyzer Library
The AAL consists of a wide set of sophisticated and robust DSP algorithms designed and fine-tuned based on a large variety of breathing sounds and artifacts. Through a number of descriptors, metrics and statistic elements, it enables us to extract a wide range of breath characteristics and nuances that can be signs of possible respiratory anomalies, pathologies and conditions.
At the core of our R&D lies our Acoustic Analyzer Library (AAL). We have been developing and enhancing the AAL for more than 7 years and it incorporates the most important results of our research experience. It's at the center of the analysis used in myBreath iOS App, as well as in our CPET framework.
Using a growing database that currently consists of over 30.000 diverse, breathing-at-rest sessions and over 130 recorded cardio-pulmonary exercise tests (CPET), the fine-tuning and design of our library and analyzer tools is constantly undergoing enhancements to offer the most accurate and robust analysis possible.
